The assessment shows how clients find you and decide to book. The session review shows what happens once they do. Together, they show whether your coaching delivers what your website promises.
We hold the session first, on Zoom, Proton Meet or the platform you already use, then complete your assessment so it can draw on both. The session is recorded or transcribed for the review, and deleted once your review is sent. You receive a branded assessment as a Word document and a PDF and a written session review. Making the changes is not included; if you would like us to carry out any of the work, we scope and quote it separately.
We will email you within one business day to set a time for your session. Your session review arrives within five business days of the session, and your full assessment within five business days after that. If the assessment does not show you something about your business you did not already know, tell us within seven days and we will refund that part of the order.
