COACHING BUSINESS ASSESSMENT

You Are a Good Coach.
Is Your Business Showing It?

We see what your potential clients see or don’t see. We review your practice the way a potential client meets it: the search, the website, the profile, the free guide, the booking page, the call. Then we review it the way a strategist would: the offers, the prices, what an hour of your time really earns, and where clients are slipping away before they ever book. You receive one clear document that shows what is working, what is costing you clients, and what to do first to maximize value. Or have us sit in a real session as your client, and tell you what it felt like from their chair.

Coaching is one job.
Running a coaching business is another.

For most coaches, nobody trained you for the business side.

Pricing a package, writing a services page, choosing between Instagram and a newsletter, ending a discovery call with a clear next step: most coaches learn these one expensive experiment at a time. And no template or automated tool will tell you that:

  • Your most-viewed post sends readers to a booking page you stopped using.

  • A buyer only sees your price after they have already decided to pay.

  • Your discovery call ends without a clear next step.

  • Your profiles describe you three different ways, so no one is sure what you do.

Each of these is a moment when a potential client quietly chooses someone else. They do not ask what you meant. They move on, and you never know they were there.

Your assessment is led by our founder, Meg Costantini, MBA, a business strategist with more than twenty years in leadership and executive roles. Her career has been built on solving complex business problems, leading major change, and finding the risks, missed revenue and opportunities others overlooked. She reads a coaching practice the way an owner and a buyer would at the same time.

We open the pages, follow the links, test the booking paths and compare what your practice actually offers with what the internet says it offers. When something appears wrong or missing, we verify it before including it.

Then we turn what we find into clear, prioritized direction: what matters, why it matters and what to do first.

Coaches who want more of the right clients and more revenue.

Solo coaches, small practices and coaching companies, in any niche: life, business, executive, career, relationship, faith-based, health and wellness, and more. You may recognize yourself here:

  • People follow you, but few book a call

  • Calls happen, but few become paying clients

  • You are not sure your prices are right, or how to show them

  • Your calendar is full, or close to it, and your income has stopped growing

  • Clients finish with you and do not continue, return or refer others

  • You are about to spend money on a new website, ads or a coaching program and want to know what actually needs to change

You do not need a big website or a large following. People are already looking for the help you offer. The question is what they find, and whether it leads them to you.

What You Receive

A Word document and a PDF, written in plain language for coaches, including:

  • Every finding explained: what we found, why it matters and what to do about it

  • What already works, so no change puts it at risk

  • The findings that matter most, explained in full

  • A plan in priority order, with who should make each change

  • A brief your web designer, assistant or platform’s support team can work from

  • Rewritten examples in your own words: a page opening, a search title, a follow-up email after a first call

  • A list of what is not worth your money right now

  • Your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, in plain words

Use it yourself, hand it to the people who already help you, or hire us to carry it out as a separate project, quoted on its own. The choice is yours.

You know your coaching.
Your next client does not.

You know why clients trust you, what makes your work different and how much one session can change someone’s week. A potential client knows only what your website, profiles and booking page tell them.

Every day, people search for exactly the help you offer. If they cannot find you, understand you, trust you or see what to do next, they choose someone else. Most coaches never know they were considered.

We find the gap between the practice you know and the practice they see. Then we show you what to do about it.

Your whole coaching business, from the first search to the first paid session.

Every finding is explained: what we found, why it matters to your business, and what to do about it. Business terms are explained the first time they appear.

The Coaching Session Review:
What Does It Feel Like to Be Your Client?

Your clients will rarely tell you honestly. We will. You run a normal one-hour coaching session with us, just as you would with a new client, on Zoom, Proton Meet or the platform you already use. We come as a client with a realistic situation that fits your niche.

The session is recorded or transcribed for the review, and the recording or transcript is deleted once your written review is sent. Afterward, you receive a written review of what we saw and how it felt from the client’s chair. It covers:

  • How the session opened, and whether we knew what to expect

  • How well we felt heard, and when we did not

  • Your questions: which ones opened something up and which ones closed it down

  • Structure and pace: whether the hour had a clear shape and used the time well

  • Agreements and next steps: whether we left knowing what to do

  • The close: whether we knew how to keep working with you, and whether we wanted to

  • What to keep, and the specific changes that would make the biggest difference
